Jeff Zook has over 25 years of experience providing well-planned, well-designed and cost efficient facilities. Jeff possesses a strong knowledge of architectural programming with a specialty in understanding the needs of the users and how they will interact with the facility. Jeff will be the principal architect in charge of the design and production team for your project.
He will be responsible for coordinating the various architectural team members and engineering consultants to generate a cost effective solution for your complex project. His design experience includes a variety of projects including high-density residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and governmental buildings. His wide array of project experience allows him to pull together various elements from other project types and apply them to this project.
His technical expertise allows for extremely detailed and thoughtful work products which minimize construction RFI and change orders.
Anne Beach Randall is a seasoned project manager and architectural professional based in Ventura County, California, with roots in Santa Paula. With a career spanning over four decades in the architecture and construction industries, she brings extensive, multi-disciplinary expertise to community development and public-sector projects.
Anne began her career in 1984, she oversees all pivotal phases of the building lifecycle. Her comprehensive background includes:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Leading projects smoothly from preliminary design and design development through to final construction documents.
- Regulatory Navigation: Managing intricate governmental approvals, zoning requirements, and public agency coordination.
- Operational Leadership: Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams—including structural, electrical, and civil engineering partners—to ensure seamless integration with architectural designs.
Jason Hill is an experienced Southern California architectural design and project professional at Coastal Architects. Specializing in residential planning, urban development, and local entitlements, Jason plays an integral role in executing the firm's diverse portfolio of custom single-family residences, multi-family housing, and mixed-use developments Coastal Architects.
With a strong geographic focus spanning the coastal communities of Ventura and the neighboring Ojai Valley, Jason is highly adept at navigating complex municipal building regulations, zoning laws, and California Coastal Commission compliance. Tae Kim is an experienced architectural drafter and REVIT specialist with a proven track record of delivering highly detailed technical drawings for complex commercial and residential projects. Tae specialized in turning preliminary architectural concepts into precise, code-compliant construction documents. Tae plays an essential role in managing architectural plans, updating design iterations, and executing critical structural revisions for a diverse commercial and residential portfolio.
