This project consists of a 98-unit Assisted Living Facility, a 160-unit Skilled Nursing and a 34-unit Independent Living

The development includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residential units, supported by robust common areas, wellness facilities, administrative offices, and staff support services. Indoor spaces are organized around a central courtyard, with an emphasis on natural light, passive ventilation, and visual connection to the surrounding landscape. Outdoor amenities—such as walking paths, gathering lanais, and garden beds—support active living and social engagement.
